Meet Rachel Davis-Bohs

Rachel Davis-Bohs, MBA, BSN, RN, CNOR, NEA-BC is a nurse executive and Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with over 25 years of experience leading strategic transformation and clinical operations across hospitals and health systems. An award-winning leader and proud Ohio State Buckeye, Rachel is currently pursuing her Doctor of Nursing Practice while continuing to guide healthcare organizations through complex change. Outside of work, she enjoys watching her children compete in sports, spending time at the beach, and reconnecting with nature whenever possible. Through Davis-Bohs Consulting, Rachel helps healthcare organizations and clinician-leaders move from complexity to clarity—delivering results that are data-driven, sustainable, and human-centered.
